Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst will support key operational accounting processes, including expense

report reviews, audits, financial reporting assistance, and cross-functional coordination. This

role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to

collaborate effectively with teams across the organization, including frequent interaction with

US-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Expense Management

 Review and process employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies

and procedures

 Identify exceptions or policy violations and flag them to the accounting team

 Connect with internal accounting contacts for clarifications and issue resolution (high volume

expected during the first 1–2 weeks)

Audit & Reconciliation

 Perform monthly client fee audits to verify rate consistency across internal systems

 Conduct monthly commission rate audits to ensure accuracy

 Collaborate internally to investigate and resolve audit discrepancies

 Complete customer profile audits as needed to maintain accurate and complete client data.

Financial Reporting Support

 Assist the financial reporting team with ad-hoc reporting requests

 Perform accounting, financial, or administrative tasks required to support departmental

needs

Required Skills & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance

 2+ years of experience in an accounting processing role

 Experience with Concur Expense Reporting is a plus but not mandatory

 Basic understanding of expense processing and financial documentation

 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred)

 Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

 Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities

 Adaptability and willingness to explore diverse solutions to challenges

 Well-developed English written and verbal communication skills

 Initiative-driven, with a “get the job done” mindset

 Strong math aptitude and numerical accuracy

 Experience working with US-based teams is preferred

 Flexibility to overlap with US time zones
