Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and organizing digital financial records.
• Support in reviewing business transactions and preparing basic financial reports.
• Help the team with income tax research and US accounting processes.
• Participate in periodic internal audits to ensure accuracy of expenses and records.
• Assist in preparing and organizing federal, state, and local tax documents.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Help prepare management reports on financial performance.
• Learn and follow accounting policies and internal processes.
• Stay updated with basic US accounting and tax guidelines (training will be provided).
• Assist in responding to general tax and accounting-related queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, B.Com, M.Com, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to learn US Accounting & taxation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
