Accounting & Admin Intern

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Accounting & Finance:

• Assist in preparing and analyzing 

  Profit & Loss statements

  , Balance Sheets, and cash-flow reports.
• Maintain daily accounting entries in 

  Tally ERP/Tally Prime

  .
• Handle and reconcile 

  GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

  .
• Support invoice generation, vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with external accountants/CA for filings and audits.

Admin & Operations:

• Help with 

  documentation, filing, and record management

  .
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and team members for admin tasks.
• Assist with basic HR/admin activities such as onboarding paperwork, petty cash, procurement, and office supplies.
• Manage ad-hoc tasks that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Commerce background (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or similar).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of 

  Tally ERP/Tally Prime

  .
• Understanding of 

  GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other compliance basics

  .
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Willingness to 

  take up admin and operational tasks

   along with core accounting work.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work in a 

  fast-paced startup environment

  .
