Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our export business. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounts, compliance with export-related documentation, and ensure accurate financial reporting to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation with buyers and suppliers.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare export invoices, packing lists, and related shipping/financial documents.
• Coordinate with banks for export payments, LC (Letter of Credit), BRC (Bank Realisation Certificate), and foreign exchange transactions.
• Monitor outstanding payments from international buyers and ensure timely collection.
• Assist with costing, pricing, and profitability analysis of export orders.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and other export-related financial regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in an export/manufacturing company.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of export documentation, banking, and compliance processes.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with international clients and banks.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
