Job Title / Designation- *Accountant* Relevant Experience- 3 – 5 Years’ Experience in Construction field or Real Estate background Qualification- M.COM , MBA –FINANCE Key skills Accuracy , Communication , Detailing Proficient in MS Office Gender- Male/Female Salary- 28k to 32k Job Description- Makes Accounting entries in Tally, bills entries in ERP Prepare monthly statement- site expense report, service tax, VAT, TDS & GST · Record Keeping · Checks bills of material and contractors · Prepares debtors and creditors monthly statement · Make all the payments · Checks invoices of vendors, generates invoices for clients · Assists in preparing bank reconciliation statement · Assists in Tax , Vat & GST Audit & prepares monthly statement of site reports · Collate, prepare and interprets, budgets, accounts, financial statements · Undertake analysis and assisting with strategic planning · Prepare long-term business plans · Undertake research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance · Control income, cash flow and expenditure · Guide, delegate & train team on financial transactions · Develop and monitor financial systems, procedures from time to time · Suggest management on effective investments for company · Solve queries by auditors, government, in case of any · Ensure accurate taxation calculations considering government laws & regulations.
