Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare and maintain general ledgers, journal entries, and balance sheets.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Generate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely payments and invoice generation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting roles (manufacturing experience preferred).
Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, or accounting systems.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in a manufacturing or trading company.
Familiarity with audit processes and financial controls.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
