Job Description

About the Role:

.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable (P2P & O2C):

Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations in compliance with company policies.
Manage accounts receivable, customer invoicing, collections, and credit control.
Ensure timely processing of transactions and maintain proper records.

Tax Management (GST & Direct Taxes):

Prepare and file GST returns(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and reconcile input tax credits.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
Assist in corporate tax compliance, including advance tax and income tax returns.

General Accounting & Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations are completed on time.
Maintain accurate records in Tally and SAP and assist in ERP migration if required.
Assist in audits (statutory, tax, internal) by providing necessary data and explanations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

CA Semi-Qualified, CA dropouts and CA Pursuing candidates only.
3-5 years of post articleship experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll compliance, and financial reconciliations.
Experience with Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems.
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Data Validation, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Exposure to MIS reporting and financial analysis.
Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
Understanding of banking and treasury functions.
