Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks using
Zoho Books
Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations
Prepare accurate financial reports including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow
Oversee GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings on time
Maintain and update financial records in Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Payroll (if applicable)
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly closing
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Generate custom reports and automate accounting workflows using Zoho Finance Suite
Support management with financial insights and cost optimization strategies

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of accounting experience with
hands-on expertise in Zoho Books
Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS
Proficient in Excel and financial data analysis
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with other Zoho apps like Zoho Payroll, Zoho Inventory, or Zoho Analytics
Certification in Zoho Finance Suite (optional but preferred)
Experience working in an IT or startup environment
