Accountant

• Manage daily accounting tasks for the crusher plant:
• Maintain ledgers (accounts payable, receivable)
• Record daily cash & bank transactions
• Process vendor/supplier invoices, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), purchase orders, and material receipts/issues
• Monthly / Periodic Financial Reporting:
• Reconcile vendor & customer statements
• Monitor material consumption vs stock, and reconcile inventory
• MIS (Management Information System) Reporting:
• Generate timely MIS reports for plant management (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly) with key metrics: production volume, inventory status, cost of operations, expenses vs budget, receivables/payables ageing, etc.
• Track costs related to fuel, electricity, maintenance, spare parts etc.; help find ways to optimize these operational costs
• Monitor production losses, wastage, overburden etc., and ensure proper accounting or adjustments
• Statutory & Tax Compliance:
• Assist audits (internal & statutory) for plant operations
• Work closely with plant operations / maintenance / stores teams to collect data needed for MIS & accounting
• Coordinate with head office / corporate office for reporting, funds, payments etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Commerce / Finance; CA / CMA / equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing / plant / crusher / heavy operations environment
• Good knowledge of MIS / management reporting – comfortable with metrics, dashboards, data extraction & presentation
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v‑lookups, charts, etc.)
• Experience with accounting software Tally is a plus

Pay: ₹11,449.90 - ₹27,191.91 per month
