We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and manage the operations of our crushing plant facility. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the crushing plant. Ensure efficient production with minimal downtime. Implement preventive maintenance schedules. Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage and lead a team of operators, technicians, and maintenance staff. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Collaborate with the production, logistics, and engineering teams to optimize processes. Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance. Prepare and manage budgets and operational reports. ✅ Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in managing a crushing plant or similar operations. Strong knowledge of crushers, conveyors, screeners, and heavy equipment. Mechanical or Mining Engineering degree preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize plant processes.
