Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Executive Accountant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com or semi-qualified CA preferred).
2–3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing company.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Experience working with cost centers, BOM (Bill of Materials), and manufacturing cost control.
Knowledge of Zoho Books, SAP, or other ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries).
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and support statutory compliances.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
Monitor and manage inventory accounting and costing processes.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audit processes.
Manage payroll entries and coordinate with HR for compliance.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closure of books.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Keep track of fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditures.
