Job Description

As an Accountant at our company in Ghatkopar, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling day-to-day accounting operations such as bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. - Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements like P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Overseeing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including filings and reconciliations. - Coordinating with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits. - Monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and conducting variance analysis. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date ledgers, records, and documentation. - Supporting management with MIS reports and financial analysis for decision-making. - Implementing and improving accounting systems, controls, and processes. - Supervising and guiding junior accounting staff as necessary. - Assisting in day-to-day administrative activities such as vendor coordination, office expense management, and general office operations support. Qualifications required for this role: - 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be working full-time with us from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. The salary range for this position is INR 20,000 to 40,000 per month. Please note that this is an in-person job location. Please note that paid sick time is one of the benefits offered for this position.,
