Accountant Executive

Role Overview: As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and providing insights to key stakeholders. Your role will also involve reconciling accounts, updating accounting systems, consulting on financial strategy, and ensuring timely collections. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess financial risks, and provide insights to key stakeholders. - Manage budgets, cash flows, and forecast financial trends. - Understand tax regulations, file taxes, and reconcile accounts for accurate financial records. - Keep accounting systems up to date, implement new systems, and consult management on financial strategy. - Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule for timely collections and escalate overdue accounts when necessary. - Coordinate with the sales team for collection support. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. - Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar). - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. - Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
