Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support business decision-making with accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and modern accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts).

· Prepare and maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho or other accounting software.

· Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.

· Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Support payroll processing and maintain employee-related financial records.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and local laws.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

· Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.

· Generate MIS reports for management review.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).

· Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP,Zoho, MS Excel, and accounting software.

· Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws applicable in India.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

· Good communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
