Accountant cum Store Incharge

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage both accounting and store operations. The Accountant cum Store In-Charge will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily accounts, and overseeing inventory control, stock management, and procurement processes to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

• Maintain day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and vouchers.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and expense management activities.

Store & Inventory Management:

• Oversee incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with records.
• Coordinate with purchase and project teams for material requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and issue of materials as per company procedures.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize wastage and pilferage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and/or store management (construction or manufacturing industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Excel / accounting software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data and stock records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
