We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage both accounting and store operations. The Accountant cum Store In-Charge will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily accounts, and overseeing inventory control, stock management, and procurement processes to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Maintain day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and vouchers. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts. Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash. Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Support budgeting, cost control, and expense management activities. Store & Inventory Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock replenishment. Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with records. Coordinate with purchase and project teams for material requirements. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and issue of materials as per company procedures. Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize wastage and pilferage. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in accounting and/or store management (construction or manufacturing industry preferred). Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Excel / accounting software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data and stock records. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
