Job Description

The Accountant cum Office Assistant is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the resort, managing daily accounting operations, assisting in office administration, and supporting the front office and management team with essential documentation and reporting tasks.
This role ensures accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in both financial and administrative activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts, including sales, purchases, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Record and reconcile all income and expenditure entries accurately in accounting software or ledgers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports (cash flow, income summary, expense sheet).
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups with guests, vendors, and agencies.
  • Manage bank deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and track pending payments.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and maintain staff attendance and salary records.
  • Support internal and external audits with complete documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and storage of all financial documents.

Office Administration

  • Maintain resort documents, contracts, and correspondence files systematically.
  • Handle administrative duties like stationery management, printing, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, purchase orders, and payment status.
  • Support the HR and Front Office teams in maintaining staff records, leaves, and attendance logs.
  • Assist management in preparing letters, reports, and notices.
  • Help in maintaining communication between departments for smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,500.00 per month
