Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant cum Office Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, invoicing, payroll support, office administration, and basic HR tasks. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, multitask effectively, and support the smooth functioning of a small office environment. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Perform day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or relevant accounting software. Prepare and issue customer invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain records. Assist in payroll preparation and monthly salary processing. Maintain accounts payable/receivable and petty cash management. Support in preparing monthly financial summaries and reconciliation statements. HR & Administrative Support Assist the team in basic HR operations such as employee attendance tracking, documentation, and onboarding. Maintain office records, files, and documentation. Help with admin tasks such as vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, courier management, and scheduling. Office Operations Manage small daily office needs such as tea/coffee/snacks arrangements for visitors or staff. Handle routine office tasks like stationery ordering, housekeeping coordination, and basic facility management. Execute any assigned outdoor/route office work (bank visits, courier dispatch, procurement pickup, etc.). Additional Advantages Experience with procurement, e-tendering, quotation collection, or government tender support will be an added benefit. Ability and willingness to quickly learn new tools, systems, and operational processes. Skills & Requirements Knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally preferred). Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Email communication). Good communication, discipline, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
