Accountant cum MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
• Assist in internal and external audits.

MIS & Reporting

• Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports to track financial and operational performance.
• Generate periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) reports on sales, expenses, and profitability for management review.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Automate and streamline MIS reporting processes where possible (Excel/ERP tools).

Coordination & Support

• Work closely with management, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist in preparing presentations and dashboards for management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and MIS reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros preferred) and exposure to ERP/Tally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in handling both accounts and MIS reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,647.83 - ₹38,670.76 per month
