Role Overview

We are seeking an Accountant cum MIS Executive with expertise in E-commerce operations and Import-Export procedures. The ideal candidate will manage accounting, compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring smooth coordination with online marketplaces and international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain financial records related to e-commerce sales, returns, and settlements.
• Manage import-export documentation, billing, and compliance with customs/regulatory authorities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS and financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy in vendor and client accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting, e-commerce, and import-export processes.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be Gurgaon-based.
• Industry preference: Retail (experience with Amazon & Flipkart is required).
