Role Overview:

Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  end-to-end social media strategies

  (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) aligned with Etail’s positioning.
• Build and manage

  content calendars

  with strong storytelling and brand voice.
• Collaborate with the

  creative team

  for impactful content: posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.
• Plan and manage

  paid social campaigns

  on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube for lead generation and brand visibility.
• Drive

  community engagement, influencer partnerships, and collaborations

  to expand reach.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and insights to keep Etail ahead in digital positioning.
• Analyze performance through

  analytics tools

  and report with actionable insights.
• Align closely with

  e-commerce, D2C, and quick commerce teams

  to support business objectives through content.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong grasp of

  branding, storytelling, and audience psychology

• Expertise in

  Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Studio, influencer marketing tools

• Proven ability to conceptualize

  viral ideas, reels, and hooks

• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in

  Meta Insights, GA4, etc.

• Up-to-date knowledge of

  SEO for social, hashtags, trends, and algorithms

• Excellent communication, project management, and creative collaboration skills

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in

  D2C, lifestyle, wellness, or FMCG brands

• Exposure to

  e-commerce and quick commerce ecosystems
