Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter cum Office Coordinator located in Gurgaon. The Recruiter cum Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, conducting new hire orientations, and maintaining employee relations. Additionally, the candidate will handle daily office coordination tasks, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and employee relations
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with employees and customers
• Experience with New Hire Orientations and onboarding processes
• Customer Service skills to address queries and ensure satisfaction
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software and coordination tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
