Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplaces. Prior exposure to Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.) will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart • Monitor daily budgets, bids, and campaign metrics to ensure ROAS goals are met • Coordinate with account managers and creative teams for ASIN-level optimization • Analyze data to uncover insights and improve performance • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and ad features • Support campaign strategy for quick commerce platforms if applicable Requirements • 2–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing (Amazon/Flipkart ads a must) • Familiarity with quick commerce ads ecosystem is a plus • Strong analytical skills with Excel and marketplace dashboards • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and performance-driven mindset • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Location & Working • Full-time, in-office role • Based out of Etail HQ – Emaar Digital Greens, Sector 61, Gurgaon To Apply Send your CV and a brief intro to: Ruchi@inetail.com Subject: Performance Marketing Executive Application
