Job Description

Analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
Measure KPIs for on/off platform paid/organic activities to optimize campaign performance.
Identify growth levers and optimize paid media plans to maximize sales output.
Manage and execute the experiment pipeline, codifying learnings for future reference.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brands and consumers.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
Experience in analytics, digital marketing, or running customer acquisitions/retention campaigns for small start-ups is necessary.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential.
A strong understanding of paid platform management platforms like Amazon (AMS), Flipkart, and Google is preferred.
Candidates should possess creativity, empathy, and an obsession with brands and consumers.
Analytical thinking and rigor are crucial, along with a sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
