Accountant cum IT Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled Accountant cum IT Manager who can lead the Accounts & ERP operations, drive automation, and ensure digital accuracy across finance, procurement, and production modules. The role combines analytical financial management with strong IT leadership to make Plantrich’s operations more transparent, efficient, and data-driven. Key Responsibilities:
A. Accounting & Finance
1. Maintain accurate books of accounts in ERP, purchase, payment, internal inspections at supplier level 2. Handle GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting for all group entities. 3. Coordinate with auditors, statutory bodies, and management for compliance and reporting. 4. Support budgeting, cost center management, and MIS generation for decision-making. B. ERP & IT Management
5. Maintain data security, user access control, and regular system backups and Dashboard to transform to decsion making of top management. C. Leadership & Team Coordination
6. Supervise and guide the accounts and data-entry team at field level. 7. Set monthly financial and IT performance targets, reviewing progress with management. 8. Train team members on ERP use, digital documentation, and process efficiency. 9. Act as the bridge between Accounts, IT, and Management for smooth cross-functional coordination. 1. Strong accounting knowledge with analytical mindset. 2. Experience in ERP systems 3. Sound understanding of IT systems, cloud platforms, and data integrity. 4.
