As an Accountant cum Admin Executive & Secretary, you will play a crucial role in managing accounting tasks, administrative operations, and providing executive support. Your responsibilities will include: - **Accounting & Finance:** - Handle day-to-day accounting operations such as invoicing, expense management, and reconciliations. - Maintain financial records, assist with tax filings, and support audits. - Prepare financial reports and contribute to budgeting. - **Administrative Support:** - Manage office operations, including procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination. - Handle document management, record-keeping, and filing systems. - Oversee travel arrangements, scheduling, and general office upkeep. - **Executive Assistance:** - Act as a personal secretary to the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence. - Draft emails, reports, and presentations as needed. - Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the management. - Assist in organizing company events and engagements. **Key Skills & Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and administrative roles. - Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or any accounting software. - Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Good understanding of financial processes and bookkeeping. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. **Preferred Attributes:** - Proactive and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Professional and courteous with strong interpersonal skills.
