Qualification: Any Associate Degree (Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Gender: Open (Male/Female)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and software tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily financial records, ledgers, and balance sheets.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
• Process invoices, vouchers, and expense statements.

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support audits and prepare necessary documentation.

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

4. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and banks.
• Provide support during audits and inspections.
• Ensure timely closure of accounts and maintain confidentiality.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
