Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, assist with bookkeeping, and support day-to-day accounting operations. Freshers with a basic understanding of accounting principles are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain financial records including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance as required.

Prepare and submit reports to management on financial performance.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years of accounting experience will have an advantage.

Knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations is a plus.
