Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  end-to-end digital marketing strategies

  across platforms (Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Conduct

  market research

  to identify skincare/beauty trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
• Plan and manage

  social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising

  .
• Monitor and optimize campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to ensure

  maximum ROI

  .
• Work closely with the

  content and creative team

  to produce engaging, on-brand content.
• Manage

  email marketing, remarketing, and customer retention

  campaigns.
• Oversee website performance (

  traffic, conversion rates, SEO rankings

  ).
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (

  engagement, reach, conversions, CAC, LTV

  ).
• Suggest and implement

  growth-hacking strategies

  for skincare product launches.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 13 years of

  digital marketing experience

  , preferably in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven experience in

  scaling D2C or retail skincare brands

  .
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing tools

  : Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), email automation platforms.
• Experience in

  e-commerce marketing

  (Shopify, WooCommerce, D2C platforms).
• Strong grasp of

  social media trends, consumer psychology, and influencer marketing

  .
• Excellent

  analytical, communication, copywriting, and creative thinking

  skills.
• Ability to

  blend brand storytelling with performance marketing

• Passionate about
