The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in US staffing, is skilled at building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and thrives in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT and related positions. Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies. Build, maintain, and engage strong relationships with both clients and candidates through consistent, high-quality conversations. Source qualified candidates using job portals (Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), internal databases, and referral networks. Screen and evaluate candidates effectively, including those on H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, etc. Effectively sell roles to candidates and talent to clients, maintaining a consultative approach. Negotiate compensation and close offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with internal teams when needed and support India hiring as per business demands. MUST HAVE SKILLS: 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead conversations confidently and professionally. Strong experience in sourcing qualified candidates using job portals and referral networks Proven ability to build rapport, engage, and influence clients and candidates. Experience working directly with clients Knowledge of US work visas and compliance (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.) Proficient in using job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking skills. Self-driven with a positive mindset, strong work ethic, and goal orientation.
