Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP/Accounting Software. Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing. Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Maintain petty cash and expense records. Support budgeting and financial planning activities. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and confidentiality in financial data. Key Deliverables:Timely and accurate financial entries – 100% compliance with accounting standards. Error-free bank and ledger reconciliations – completed monthly without pending mismatches. On-time vendor and employee payments – within agreed credit timelines. Accurate statutory filings – GST, TDS, and other returns filed before due dates. Audit readiness – Proper documentation and record-keeping for smooth audit closure. MIS reports – Submission of monthly MIS and financial statements to management. Budget support – Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental budgets. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance role. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles. Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
