Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings. Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support accounts payable and receivable processes. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Monitor financial transactions and reports for accuracy and compliance. Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits. Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation. Stay up to date with financial regulations and accounting standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar). Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.). Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles (GAAP/IFRS). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tax filings and statutory compliance. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or pursuing) is a plus.
