Role Purpose Own end-to-end finance operations: books of accounts, budgeting/forecasts, tax & regulatory compliance, MIS, and cash-flow for the company/projects. Key Responsibilities Accounting: Maintain GL/AP/AR/FA & project/WIP; post journals; invoice/e-invoice/e-waybill; bank/vendor/IC reconciliations; ageing & credit control. Budgeting & MIS: Build annual budgets and rolling forecasts; publish monthly P&L/BS/CF with variance commentary; track KPIs (DSO/DPO, working capital) and cash-flow projections. Taxation & Statutory: GST: GSTR-1/3B, ITC reconciliation, RCM, vendor GST checks. TDS/TCS: Computation, challans, returns (24Q/26Q), Form-16/16A (TRACES). Direct Tax: Advance-tax workings, 26AS reconciliation; support tax audit (3CD). PF/ESI/PT data collation; coordinate statutory filings. Compliance, Controls & Audit: Maintain compliance calendar; draft/enforce SOPs/ICFR; close internal/statutory audit points; document hygiene (PO/WO, KYC, contracts). Treasury & Working Capital: Collections follow-up, payables scheduling, vendor terms; cash-flow management; basic treasury ops. Project/Cost Accounting: Track costing/WIP/milestones/retentions; validate GST/RCM/194C-194J positions for works/contracts and bids. Stakeholders & Systems: Present monthly packs to management; liaise with auditors/banks/consultants; run ERP (Tally/Zoho/SAP) and drive automation (Excel/Power Query/Power BI).
