Manager – HR Operations, Bidding & Project Coordination

Candidates having MBA/Post Graduation from Premier Institute need to apply HR Operations & Compliance Lead end-to-end talent acquisition & resource planning Source, screen, interview, finalise, offer & onboard engineering experts (Naukri, LinkedIn, Infracon, referrals) Maintain a central CV database for rapid mobilisation and replacements Format CVs to meet NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL & State PWD standards Ensure all recruitment, mobilisation, and documentation protocols are met Full-cycle bidding for NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL projects Decode RFQ/RFP clauses, BOQs & ensure 100 % document, timeline, and tech/fin compliance Prepare EOIs, RFPs, and complete technical/financial submissions Draft pre-bid queries and coordinate timely responses with all stakeholders Short-list key personnel to match project scope and client specs Maintain a live BD-MIS of submissions, pipeline, and deadlines Partner with technical & project teams to keep every bid eligibility-, tech-, and finance-compliant Project Coordination & Implementation Liaise with JV partners and internal technical teams Structure winning technical & financial proposals Mobilise project teams (Key Experts, sub-pros, support staff) Provide admin + coordination support from kickoff through execution & monitoring
