The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage high-performing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking. Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROAS and CPA goals. Monitor daily budgets, impression share, quality score, and other important metrics. Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copies and visuals. Set up and manage pixels, events, and Google Tag Manager as required. Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
