We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage high-performing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking. Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROAS and CPA goals. Monitor daily budgets, impression share, quality score, and other important metrics. Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copies and visuals. Set up and manage pixels, events, and Google Tag Manager as required. Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of performance metrics, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation. Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and tracking tools. Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategies. Experience in eCommerce or consumer product marketing is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint (preferred, not mandatory). Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
