ABOK Spring is a leading manufacturer of critical springs for Indian Railways and global OEMs. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. Responsibilities: • Handle day-to-day accounting operations in Tally/ERP, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation. • Maintain and reconcile ledgers, supplier accounts, and customer accounts. • Prepare and manage purchase, sales, and expense registers on a daily basis. • Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and maintain related documentation. • Support in monthly closing, preparation of profit & loss statements, and balance sheet finalization. • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve billing, payment, and reconciliation issues. • Assist in audit preparation, respond to auditor queries, and maintain proper record-keeping for compliance. • Monitor inventory valuations, job work entries, and cost allocations in coordination with the production team. • Generate management reports (MIS) to support decision-making and cash flow planning. • Work closely with senior management to strengthen financial controls and process discipline. Requirements: • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification. • 2–5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup). • knowledge of Tally, Excel, and statutory compliance. • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
