Account Receivable Executive

Location: Amritsar, Punjab Industry: Textile (Manufacturing Unit) Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Performance-Based Permanency) Job Description We are hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive for our textile manufacturing unit in Amritsar. This is a 6■month contractual role with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance. Roles & Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations. • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices. • Track outstanding payments and maintain AR ageing reports. • Conduct timely payment follow-ups and resolve disputes. • Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams to validate invoice details. • Prepare account reconciliations and maintain financial accuracy. • Support month-end closing, audits, and statutory documentation. • Generate MIS reports and share insights with management. Requirements • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance). • Experience: 4–5 years in a manufacturing industry (textile preferred). • Strong understanding of AR cycle, GST, billing, and reconciliation. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting ERP software (e.g., Tally). Contract Details • Tenure: 6 months • Permanency: Based on performance and departmental requirement

Pay: ₹11,507.58 - ₹25,000.00 per month
