Account Receivable Executive

We are hiring Billing and collection Accounts Receivable Executive!!!

• Maintain total list of clients and ensure monthly invoicing.
• Track new projects received and maintain the upated tracker on receipt of PO copy /LoA /Contract.
• Prepare and dispatch invoices for the clients assigned as per terms of contract in a timely manner.
• Upload the invoices in the various client portals and monitor the same on regular basis.,
• Prepare credit notes as required.
• Prepare proforma invoice after vendor inspection and raise tax invoice against the same.
• Resolve queries and provide additional documents as and when required for processing the invoice.
• Follow up with clients and functional heads for payment of invoices raised.
• Compile reimbursable expenses for billing
• Provide monthly status of outstanding revenue.

• Understanding of accounting concepts including GST and TDS
• Strong Interpersonal Skill.

Experience :1-2 years

Education Qualification:BCOM/MCOM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,907.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
