Your Community:

The Finance team is the backbone of our business and has grown from being internal accounting and finance to a major function that supports all areas of the business, including assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities.

A day in the life of a Accounts Receivable-

Posting business transactions, invoice processing, verifying financial data for use
in maintaining records.Clarifying questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures.Verify and process employee expense claims and manage the approval and payment processPerform reconciliations including supplier and credit card reconciliationsWork closely with our Recruitment partners to resolve any queriesAd-hoc reporting as requiredLiaise with third-party payment gateways to resolve payment issues as/whenrequired.Drive new improvements to the current payment process to enhance efficiency

About you:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, financial management and other relatedmajors

More than 3 years of financial related work experience in AP or AR.
Be logical thinker, with good problems solving skillsThe ability to work autonomously with good communication skills and a teamplayer.Proficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate or higher skills with Excel.Ability to build good relationships with vendors and suppliersFamiliarity with Google Suite.

It’s awesome, but not required, if you have
Experience with Oracle Netsuite would be a bonus, but not essentialIf you have an understanding of the international student recruitment industrythat would be highly valued
