You'll play a critical role in driving sustainable packaging strategies that benefit customers, partners, and our planet.Key job responsibilities

Cultivate and nurture relationships with selling partners, championing their business growth and sustainability goals
Design and implement strategic engagement programs that drive packaging innovation
Develop targeted outreach strategies to expand sustainable packaging adoption
Collaborate across teams to create compelling value propositions for potential partners
Track and analyze partner performance metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness

A day in the lifeYour day will be dynamic and impactful, collaborating with diverse selling partners to implement packaging innovations. You'll engage in strategic conversations, develop relationship-building approaches, and create compelling value propositions that inspire sustainable transformation.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or sustainability initiatives
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Strong analytical and communication skills
Intermediate Mandarin language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Sustainability or Business Administration
Experience in supply chain transformation projects
Advanced Mandarin language certification
Knowledge of packaging technology and environmental regulations
Previous work in cross-cultural business environments
