Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager role located in Bhubaneswar, with some flexibility for remote work. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include identifying customer needs, negotiating terms, resolving client queries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of construction materials. The role will also involve managing payment schedules, analyzing market trends, and contributing to sales strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify client needs, and provide strategic input.
• Experience in supply chain coordination and logistics management is a plus.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in the construction materials or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
