The company takes orders from all business customers (infrastructure contractors, builders etc.) for construction materials like TMT bar, Structural Steel, Pipes & Tubes, Crash Barrier, Scaffolding Materials, Construction Chemicals, Bitumen etc. of any brand and fulfils it by sourcing from wide network of manufacturers. ZHuzoor adds value to the transaction by taking end to end responsibility and providing credit support if necessary. ZHuzoor aims to revolutionize the construction market by providing all necessary construction products at best quality and at best possible rate under one roof. Key Responsibilities: Generating enquiries & subsequently, new orders of construction materials, mainly, Structural Steel (Angel, channel, Plate, Beam, MS Square, Wire Rod etc.) from various customers like infrastructure project contractors, civil contractors etc. Keeping track of various govt. tenders and corresponding contractors – approaching them for sales of construction materials. Promoting the products & brands to existing & new customers Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. Gathering, investigating, and summarising market data and trends to draft reports. Implementing new sales plans and advertising Sales reporting and reviewing performance - Working towards achieving the sales target Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both Introducing new products to the market Tracking the competitors Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meetups for business development Desired Work-Experience: At least 5-10 years’ experience in sales of Construction Materials segment (Structural steel - Angle, channel, Plate, Beam, MS Square, Wire Rod etc.) Understanding of infrastructure & construction segment (mandatory) Experience of project sales & institutional/project customers (preferred) Strong understanding and knowledge of sales. Willingness to work in project sales for construction materials is must.

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager role located in Bhubaneswar, with some flexibility for remote work. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include identifying customer needs, negotiating terms, resolving client queries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of construction materials. The role will also involve managing payment schedules, analyzing market trends, and contributing to sales strategies to drive business growth. Qualifications Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends, identify client needs, and provide strategic input. Experience in supply chain coordination and logistics management is a plus. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer relationship management. Self-motivated, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in the construction materials or infrastructure sector is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
