The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end client communication and campaign execution Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic campaign ideas Identify growth opportunities and increase account revenue Handle negotiations around budgets, deliverables, and timelines Review reports (JSRs, monthly summaries) and ensure timely delivery Lead the team, manage escalations, and support their development Collaborate with creative, social, and strategy teams to ensure alignment What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience Strong communication, presentation & client management skills Understanding of digital media, trends, and KPIs Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Good negotiation skills and a sharp business acumen Leadership mindset – ability to mentor, motivate, and manage Why Join WebShakers?
