About Us Valiance is a dynamic, 150-employee organization specializing in advanced analytics, AI, and digital transformation solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Account/Finance Executive to join our team, ensuring financial operations run smoothly while maintaining compliance and fostering a culture of fiscal responsibility. Key Responsibilities Prepare and raise client invoices promptly. Ensure timely follow-ups for invoice payments to maintain healthy cash flow. Process vendor and client payments on time, ensuring accuracy and compliance with terms. Validate employee expenses and manage approvals in alignment with company policies. Track company expenses and ensure they are accurately recorded. Collaborate with the accounts team and Chartered Accountant to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Prepare and share monthly financial reports with the leadership team, highlighting key insights and trends. Track client contracts, monitor expiry dates, and manage renewals and price revisions proactively. Key Skills and Competencies Ability to spot anomalies and inconsistencies in financial data and take corrective action. Ensures all financial transactions and reports are accurate and error-free. Takes initiative in following up on pending tasks, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Demonstrates a conscientious approach to managing the company’s financial resources. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively communicate financial matters to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounts roles, preferably in a mid-sized organization. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards. Show more Show less
