Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager - Strategic Customers

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and manage our strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the business department, with a proven track record of successfully growing and maintaining relationships with key clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for retaining and expanding business with our most valuable customers. You shall evaluate the potential customers based on their primary visible needs, finding their unidentified needs and craft a business case with best possible ROI. Pitching the solution to the right decision makers which in our case are CXOs (Chief Manufacturing Officers, Manufacturing Directors, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Executive Officers, Maintenance Managers, Promotors and Owners of the groups).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and expand business opportunities

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to strategic customers

- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts

- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field

- At least 8 years of experience in a business development or account management role

- Proven track record of successfully managing strategic customer accounts and driving revenue growth

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
