High level customer satisfaction is a key measure, as are revenue/consumption targets. Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for Strategic Account Management sales for large enterprise named accounts. Ability to collaborate closely with the field CSM s/Presales and management teams to drive new business opportunities. Develop a plan that can evolve and is continually vetted ensuring stated objectives Ability to present clear vision of customer success through deep understanding of the customer s strategic priorities and aligning with IU s Solution Offerings Manage all stakeholder relationship in the assigned accounts. Create Manage stakeholder map for continuous engagement. Create and Manage Demand ( pipeline), Mature( opportunities) and Execute opportunities ( Closures) Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and own YoY Growth Managing relationship with Strategic alliances with all Large Corporates at higher authority with continuous corporate engagement. Own and control entire practice of sales and operation workflow in coordination with respective stakeholders. E. g sales presentation and qualify opportunities. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts Leverage and usage of key business insights to elevate customer conversation and action. Provide inputs for improvements in the sales and marketing strategy, customer acquisition strategy and customer activation strategy based on experience; Achieve the set targets for sales, number of installations and number of devices added to the platform per month; Ensure customers are satisfied and develop a key metric to measure customer satisfaction and success which can be monitored and tracked; Interact with the management of all customers to ensure a common goal and agenda regarding Industry 4. 0, so that they have a clear vision of the future of digitization of factories the value drivers; Articulate Sales Forecast and Participate in regular sales cadence. A pure team player who can collaborate across cross-functional teams with the Organization Qualifications / Skills: BE - : Mechanical / Production/ Instrumentation / Automation / Control system preferred. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales in which at least 5 years out of total experience is required in enterprise selling with process manufacturing industries (Power, Food, Pharma, Chemical, Steel, Cement etc. ) in India. Has strong business acumen and is accomplished at solving business problems Direct field management experience in working with enterprise accounts Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are a must, as well as the ability to work Strong verbal and written communications skills in English as well as the ability to work Strong leadership skills, outcome-oriented thinking Good contacts in the process manufacturing sector.
