Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lead management, sales, and business development process for the assigned region. Your duties will include ensuring data management for 100% coverage in the territory, tracking key parameters, executing client acquisition campaigns, and generating leads to establish the company as a flagship brand in the property services sector. Additionally, you will be accountable for service delivery, client retention, and providing market intelligence and insights for the marketing team's initiatives. Meeting targets in the designated areas, maintaining databases, and conducting regular reporting and follow-ups are also part of your role. Your primary focus will be on B2B frontline sales, which involves mapping new projects and builders, acquiring new projects and builders to enhance coverage in the territory, and achieving revenue and coverage targets. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/channel sales, preferably in real estate, e-commerce, or online business sectors. Strong presentation skills, a passion for selling, personal ambition, resilience, persistence, and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all organizational levels are essential attributes for success in this role.,
