Job Description

You are a results-driven email marketing agency that helps brands grow through strategy, storytelling, and smart design. Your team combines creativity with data to deliver campaigns that convert and build long-term customer relationships. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring that client objectives are understood and translated into actionable plans for internal teams. You will coordinate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to deliver campaigns on time, providing feedback on copy, design, and campaign structure to ensure quality and alignment with client goals. Additionally, you will track performance metrics, manage timelines, priorities, and expectations across multiple accounts, and identify opportunities to improve performance and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. - Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams. - Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to deliver campaigns on time. - Review and provide feedback on copy, design, and campaign structure to ensure quality and alignment with client goals. - Track performance metrics and prepare regular updates for clients. - Manage timelines, priorities, and expectations across multiple accounts. - Identify opportunities to improve performance and strengthen client relationships. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital account management (email marketing experience is a plus). - Strong understanding of marketing strategy, copywriting principles, and design fundamentals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects. - Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams. Preferred Skills: - Experience with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend). - Familiarity with performance metrics like open rates, CTRs, and conversions. - Basic understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimization.
