Job Description:

Have experience in Manufacturing company as Sr. Accountant/ Manager

· Experience in Budgeting, Cost Control, MIS, Tax Returns, Balance Sheet.

· Ability to handle all accounting & finance related work.

· Withholding tax (TDS) deductions, working, payments and return filing

· Preparing GST working, processing GST payments and filing of GST returns like GSTR1, GSTR3B, etc.

· Preparing GSTR2A reconciliation and coordination with vendors for query solving

· Salary accounting and payroll tax payments

· Monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end transactions

· Preparing monthly financials statements and audit schedules.

· Manage the month end closing process.

· Manage balance sheet account reconciliations monthly.

· Prepare all financial statements for the company, including monthly, quarterly and year-end.

· Ensure compliance with all generally accepted accounting principles.

· Maintain accounting systems, including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, cash flow, fixed assets, and banking. Manage operational procedures and processes to improve efficiency and comply with audit standards.

· Co-ordinate with external auditors Statutory & Internal.

· Responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance of the general ledger and for the production of various resultant financial statements
