Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ad Sales Representative to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in media sales, strong client-facing skills, and a solid understanding of operational processes within a fast-paced environment. This role will be crucial in driving advertising revenue for both noon core and our innovative new platform, noon supermall.
Responsibilities:
Client-Facing:
● Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of new and existing clients, including brands, agencies, and sellers.
● Consultative Selling: Understand client business objectives and marketing goals to develop and present tailored advertising solutions across noon core and noon supermall platforms.
● Negotiation & Closing: Lead the sales process from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Operational:
● Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., ad operations, creative, product) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of advertising campaigns.
● Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, provide regular performance reports to clients, and offer data-driven recommendations for optimization.
● Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, forecasting sales and reporting on progress to leadership.
Media Sales Experience:
● Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the digital advertising landscape to identify new business opportunities.
● Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities by upselling and cross-selling advertising solutions to existing clients and targeting new business.
● Presentation Skills: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of noon's advertising solutions.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a digital media sales or advertising sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Operational proficiency, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and advertising technology is a plus.
● Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
